TVI Group grew out of the desire to help innovative companies which are struggling to grow. We provide the finance, knowledge and experience to work as business partners to help solve growth challenges, and to enable the entrepreneurs who run these companies to achieve their vision.

Since 2014 we have built a portfolio of entrepreneur led companies in many stages of value creation, some of which were stressed and are now sustainable and some of which still have hurdles to overcome. The independence from being an entrepreneur can be exhilarating and rewarding but it can also miss out on the breadth of experience and knowledge which a strong experienced team can deliver. TVI Group are partners for growth, providing business acumen as well as financial support to entrepreneurs to plug gaps in their business armoury and help achieve the company’s full potential. The model we use enables the entrepreneur to maintain their operational independence whilst benefitting from our advice and guidance in areas where support is needed. TVI Group currently includes six partner businesses in which we have a significant ownership stake. The equity in these businesses is held by an overall group company which employs the TVI Group team who provide support to the businesses.
