Bruce Gordon leads the group as Chairman and original founder, with Jon Chappell as Chief Executive and Ed Sutcliffe as CFO. Together they are supported by an experienced team of operators and advisers with backgrounds spanning investment, accountancy, engineering and professional services.

Bruce founded TVI Group in 2014 following a career at Deloitte, where he was Senior Partner for the Southern Region and a member of the UK Board of Partners. Prior to Deloitte he was UK Regional Managing Partner at Arthur Andersen. His clients included numerous FTSE 100 and FTSE 350 companies. In the 2024 new Year's honours list, Bruce was awarded an OBE for his service to Charity.

Jon Chappell
Chief Executive Officer
Jon is an experienced C-suite leader with a strong track record of designing and developing continuous operational improvements in order to deliver the strategic plan. Jon brings to the group a disciplined approach to value creation, a genuine belief that well-run businesses are built on people first, and the operational rigour to translate strategy into results.
Jon is an active director with NCDV a Community Interest Company supporting victims of domestic abuse.

Ed has been instrumental in helping Bruce build TVIG since 2014. As CFO, he has worked closely alongside the founding team to shape the financial strategy of each business within the group — supporting them as they have grown, evolved and matured. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ed brings deep expertise in corporate finance and business advisory developed at PwC and BDO.

Helen has worked alongside Bruce Gordon for over two decades — at Andersen, then Deloitte, before joining TVI Group at its foundation in 2014. She oversees the firm's administration, accounts and day-to-day operations.

Laura joined TVIG in 2017 and is a qualified ACCA accountant. She supports all areas of the group's finance function — from management accounts and year-end audits to financial modelling and credit control — and is a core member of the management team.
